"Disable HTML" in a topic

Okay, so I was trying to
upload youtube videos which use HTML codes.

Even though I allowed HTML codes for the whole forum..

When I upload HTML codes in a new topic,
Under "Options" The checkbox, "Disable HTML Code in this post" is automatically checked.

I tried to "edit" - "Uncheck it" -"send" but if i edit and look at the options

it still has the check for the "Disable HTML Code"

In my forum , Configuration, Allow HTML is checked.

I don't know how to fix this and I really need to use HTML codes for the forum.

Please help me
