a members said my site is giving out a trojan horse, specifically "Trojan Horse Generic19.MYI..
how do i stop that?

Your site can't give out a trojan...you get a trojan by downloading material or visiting a site with heavy viruses.

Hi,
there's a chance that it is a false positives, Norton is famous for false-positives.
If you have recently added any new codes, remove them and test them to find out the problematic one, and just keep that one out.

Yeah i would check any new coding you might have added.
Also find out what virus protection they are using and what browser the alert popped up on.
other then that tell them to ignore it and just to place in the quarantine or vault.. this dose happen to a lot of people that use Norton as Darren has said and is nothing more then a false positive.
