First of all, only thing that I really liked are backgrounds for categories and navigation. Font is not sharp enough, background is complicated (simple color or smaller texture would go better). Icons for subforums, statistics and who's on line part are blurry, you should have used HQ images. Banner should be wide as forum is, not just to cover half of header.

I can't make the logo good, on one computer it's too wide, and on another computer its too small.

You can. Forum width can be made in pixels, not percents, so you can put for example 900px wide forum and 890px wide banner to stretch through whole space for header.
