ASK: Why My Forum Domain Name ReDirect to Forumotion?
I have all the tools necessary to manage my forum credits, and have used a TLD name from forumotion for years. My forum has about 4.000 members. But a few day ago the domain name is not properly redirect, and I have a message from forummotion.com :
The forum www.suzuki-thunder.net doesn't exist.
Verify the internet address you typed : www.suzuki-thunder.net,
and try again if there is a mistake.
It is possible that the administrator has chosen to delete it.
This is a domain redirection problem, because the domain is still exist.
Here is the data from whois :
Domain: suzuki-thunder.net
Registrant: exotikweb
Registrar: GODADDY.COM, INC.
Whois Server: whois.godaddy.com
Referral URL: http://registrar.godaddy.com
Name Server: NS1.FORUMOTION.COM
Name Server: NS2.FORUMOTION.COM
Status: clientDeleteProhibited
Status: clientRenewProhibited
Status: clientTransferProhibited
Status: clientUpdateProhibited
Updated Date: 08-sep-2009
Creation Date: 02-oct-2007
Expiration Date: 02-oct-2010
I can fix it if the domain in my own server. But it is not.
Could the forumotion administrator fix it?
Or could you change the name server from ns1.forumotion.com and ns2.forumotion.com to my own name server? So I also can used it for Google Applications?
Or could I have the password for my domain manager? So I can change it by myself.
Thanks for support.
