User menu for portal

Does someone know how i can add a user menu as widget for my portal

it should contain this:

Username
User avatar
Usergroup
Bookmarks
Subscribed
new messages
User Control Panel
Moderator Control Panel
ACP
Logout [ Username ]



Thx in advance

P.S. is saw this one the portal of the website of my clan , but that wont help me because you have to install that one on your root.
