the forum is free forever until you delete it . you can buy domain ,etc by paying .

Free forums can last if the founder is active as well as the forum, but I guess the duration that a forum can survive if the founder and it's members are inactive is (6 months, I guess).

Yeah 6 months is the cutoff for activity.

That is the most basic theme it just has my buttons and colors on it.

That would be images from photobucket. We don't have control over that so try a new skin or add a new image.

It can up on an old skin so i changed it and it can up again?

Its something with the image. Whoever who's the images deleted them or moved to another folder. Just find another skin to replace it or try making or requesting images that will fix the problem and upload the images to your own host.
