How to add picture beside Statistics?

I wanna add picture beside Statistics. Help me pls

It's suppose to be Here. You can do it by going to admin panel, display, images, find the "Who's on line?" image box, and there's blank space to add image link hosted on other site or you can host it by clicking upload button.

Yeah, I can know about it, but I want to add picture beside "Statistics" not "Who's online"
