how can i remove my username, whenever i post a topic?

Put this in your CSS:

p.author a, p.author img {display:none;}

This CSS rule will remove the author's name, as well as the image to the left of the author's name. You'll still be left with the word "by", and you'll need some javascript code to remove it. That's beyond the scope of this (free) forum.
