Scrolling info bar all bunched up

Hi i seem to have a problem with the scroll message along the top of home page, it has bunched up instead of being single messages.

While it's not messed up, go to your ACP --> Display --> Themes management --> Export the entire theme. It'll save to your computer. Keep an updated version of it. If the announcement ever messes up again, import the most recent version. It fixed it on mine, and I know it fixed the problem on somebody else's Forum. Hopefully, in the future, it'll fix it on yours, too.
