Announcements are not private.

Hello to you all,
I've encountered a problem and I wanted to know if there is an answer to it.
I'ce activated the announcement scrolling bar but when I logged out I could still see it.
I was wondering if there is an option that only my members could see it and the visitors will not?

Or better yet give permission only to some of the groups I have in my forum.
