rank for a specific member?

How do I give a certain member a rank no matter their number of posts?

Admin panel > Users and groups > Rank administration> Add new > When it says to set special, choose Yes
When you finish, go to that users profile by admin panel and go to the bottom of the profile where it says Position
Choose the one you want.
