I would like if I had a new button on menu bar that says Schedule and if a press it then I can see the class schedule like how many lessons are there on monday and what time the lessons starts.

So why not just use the calendar?
either that or you can create something on a html page then add it to the nav bar.. there are a few ways you can do things like this. but i mean you have to have an idea on how and what you want to create.I understand what your asking but you have to explain in as much detail as possible on exactly what you want. once again depending what it is you want there can be many ways to do such a thing like this.. from something as easy as putting it in a post.. to more advanced coding/spread sheet of some sort on a html page.

i think the easiest way would be to go your calendar and enlarge it full screen then add that link into an iframe to be placed on a html page then add the html page link into your nav bar.

Then go back and set all forum permissions for only admins to be able to add calender events.. this is just one way you can do such a thing as what you are asking.

You could either do a table or you could use google calendar and take the embeled code and place it on there from spreadsheet or calendar.

Well is this something that you will be doing with your schedule only or do you want to allow others to post a schedule as well?

like i said i would realy need an understanding of what it is you want to do to give the best suggestions.

Now if it's just for you and to have for all members to see. then i would only have the permissions for admins to add events to the calendar, slap it up in a iframe, add to a html page then add the link in the navbar.

i can give you an example of what i mean.. but i want to be sure if this is something you would want to do because it might take a lil time for me to set it up so you can see what i mean.
