How can i make something similar to this.

For creating RPG you do this:
Admin panel > Modules > Roleplay game

If you want Guide like that, it's made in HTML pages
Go to Modules > HTML Pages management.
When it says: Use your forum header and footer, choose Yes
After that, fill in the white box with your Guide or similar....
