how do i get rid of that graphic media pic on the side of the forum when you put yours mouse over it?

Go to:

Admin CP ---> Display --> Colours --> CSS Style sheet
Then you have to remove:

background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-color: #F0F9FF;}

That part of the CSS.
