i have been hearing alot off complaints about forumotion Not given database to our forumoiotion forums Iwas Wondering If Forumotion called add this feature i have stayed up all night working on my site everyday for 5 months 4pm-10pm And i no longer what stay AS A Free Forum Host I had couple off other threads about making my site busniess Or if forumotion does not want give database for free they could add upgrade feature in Admin Panel this :confused also give forumotion more members Someone please help confused

Forumotion has access but won't give it to users since they own their software.

As an extra comment, if you where hacked, the hacker would have access to your database, and we all know, that's not good...

So there are reasons why we don't have access to them Razz

I know one Forum Has sucessfully Moved to vbullitin That Forum Was NFL Forum it said up top ;this forum will be shutting down soon all data has been transfered?Thats what idont get

There is no such thing as a virus on Forumotion. Since Forumotion been open there has been no attack.

Ok Couple More Questions This Topic Can Be locked:) I read that link daren gave me What upend if hacker was powerfull enough Get the Admin password ihad a recent attack before that is one reason i dont whant stay free so ican buy my own anti software

Don't worry, the only way someone can get your password is if you are phishes (Generally that's only because someone(s) after your bank details, not a password), or if your silly and you actually give it to them, or it is simple to guess.

i have a question i forgot to ask lol Smile How many users can one forumotion forum fit in a database is it unliimted or only certain amount becuse some host only allow 250MB off dsik space?

The best number I can give you is unlimited, and it is well over 6 billion users.
Your allowed as much disk space as you need.
