Try putting it in site description I don't think it can go in template editing

You could use the homepage message or you could put it in a forum widget.

You can add it in the homepage message. ^^^ from rblatch.
It messes up your recent topics though.

Hello,
you could pop this into your site description
Admin panel >> General ( Tab ) >> Forum/configuration > Site description: Add & save.

Re: Adding a Wibiya Toolbar to PHPbb3 template
Hmm, but how come it is showing up on the Portal page? and it is defnley freezing the latest topics scroller O_O would it work in the HomePage Message area?
Re: Adding a Wibiya Toolbar to PHPbb3 template
if you want it on every page then you will have to put it in the announcement.. be sure you do not have the scrolling activated
Admin panel>general>announcement
or you can try it in a widget if you are showing widgets through the whole forum.
keep in mind though certain browser like IE something may not work correctly on the page. i think there was a few other members that had problems and it was determined it was that tool bar causing it for certain browsers.
other then that i will test it as well to see what would be best.

Yes, I'd assume it would work in the homepage message.

Re: Adding a Wibiya Toolbar to PHPbb3 template
k, that worked...but now there is a BIG open space on the bottom of the forum
Re: Adding a Wibiya Toolbar to PHPbb3 template
Is http://bootlegmatrix.netgoo.org/forum.htm the forum that is concerned?
If so, I see no problem, no large gaps, nothing that shouldn't be there.

Re: Adding a Wibiya Toolbar to PHPbb3 template
lol
This is easy problem.
Check my site I have the same toolbar you guy put in the forum.
You guys said that the announcement and the recent topics not scroll right?
Here is my answer.
Put this codes in your css stylesheet
Then go to wibiyar --> login your account --> edit toolbar --> troubleshooting --> check all 3 boxes then click save.
Now everything working on your forum.
If you want the toolbar show in all forum. Put the wibiya codes in announcements.

Re: Adding a Wibiya Toolbar to PHPbb3 template
Hi, i tried adding the code into the Site Description but it is still not working... I first tried it on overall_footer.html but it didn't work out... are there any other ways to make the widget appear on our forum? thank you..
Re: Adding a Wibiya Toolbar to PHPbb3 template
What I did was refreshing and purging my board and boom, the toolbar can be seen on my footer side now... Try it too, for those who have problems like mine too...
Re: Adding a Wibiya Toolbar to PHPbb3 template
well when useing that depending on certain browsers it is always going to effect something.. we have been through this befor with a few members.
I think the code is actually supposed to be placed in a template.. but you can not edit the templates on phpbb3.. so i would think your best off with it in your forms announcemeant.. then just try different browsers and see what one works t6he best for you and stick with that.
