Judicial Suggestion
Judicial Section
Hey,
I remember when this forum used to have a judicial section. I personally thought it was very useful because it clearly explained what you can and can not do on formation forums in a legal sense. Ineither suggest that this section be brought back and some simple explinations of the ToS put in there, or to have those ToS topics be placed in important points. They could clear up many points for users if they don't want to go hunting and pecking in the ToS.

Re: Judicial Section
We talked about this few meetings back but this is all up to Forumotion. They don't have anyone that speaks English and knows the laws and could be here.

Hence Typlo, the man in charge of legal proceedings/litigations

I could be annoying & say no
Well, the point of this suggestion wouldn't of been brought up if Typlo actively participated in the forum, like he used too ......
But the answer to ur question is No it wouldn't

Well, we does seem like he has alot to handle, and is barely active now, if he wanted to actively participate in the forum then he would answer the countless requests for info about domain name transfers, why he doesn't respond to PM's, Online Gardian info and such, or even my PM's ..... O.O

Last I heard of, FM still has nightmare of the Juridical Team Fiasco and aren't willing to retry the experiment. It's alas a pity, but the Juridical Tutorials still available cover the essentials I think
