ChatBox widget does not work!

I added the chatbox widget to my forum, but there's an empty box.

Activate as in LOG IN? Yeah. Otherwise, please explain.

Okay i checked the link and yes, i did activate the chatbox. Otherwise it wouldn't be there in the frirst place, now would it. Shocked
