Problem with attachments Empty Problem with attachments

Are we the only site having problems with down loading attachments when our users click on down load attachments they are asked to log in even if they are already log in they then log in again but same again when they click on down load attachment asked to log in again and they can not down load the attachment as they can not get pass the log in each time

Can you please clear the cache & cookies of your browser, it sounds like the browser is reading old data Wink
