Profile Visitor Messages??

Hey, my members seem to be unable to post visitor messages on each others profile.

I had a look at their profiles and saw a "new post" button, but my members say they can't see it.

Please help

Please inform the users they they have a setting to change:
In the Nav.Bar there's a option "Profile", hit it, then hit "preferences" then change "Allow who to post visitor messages: Members/friends/me only"
Ask them to change it to what they want, then save.
