About the site?

There is this site "http://pivotworld.forumakers.com" And there has not been an active member since me since 2008. I was wondering, since they have abandoned there site, if i could take it over? I would not see the problem, it is an abandoned site, and no one has posted since 2008, i wouldn't see why i couldn't. Is there any way i can do that. Could an admin or something transfer it over to my account? (account name: Pivetor)

You couldn't transfer yourself has founder of the forum. The founder stays the founder unless the forum is deleted.
