iFrame and other newbie general questions Empty iFrame and other newbie general questions

Will ForumMotion forums stay inside an iFrame?

I want to put the ForumMotion forum on a site inside an iFrame so that it remains an integral part/look of the site. I want to re-size the forum and have it stay inside the iFrame at all times.

Other questions:

Can the forum be private? password protected?

Does the forum provide a means to email all registered users at once?

I've looked at the support forums and FAQs and it appears that the chat and calender will meet the needs of the site, but I'm unsure about the iFrame, "mass" email and password protect.

I just spent three days learning and customizing a forum only to find out it will not stay inside an iFrame. I really don't want to go through that again.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Yes, you forum can be in an iframe on another site. You can use this code...

Code:
<iframe width="100%" height="100%" border="0" src="LINK TO YOUR FORUM</iframe>

For password protected forum, there is a tutorial...

For mass emails, go to Admin CP > General > News letter > Write & Send
