Phpbb3 Remove Nav Color through CSS

Post by Honor on October 23rd 2010, 10:57 pm

Hey all, once more. I've been playing with my test site, and learned some really cool things. But right now I have a small issue.

I need to remove just the color of the Nav bar. It's linked to something else I need the background for in Colors, so I can't do it there. Is there a CSS tag I can use to make just the navbar color transparent?

See http://mytestforum.ohmyforum.net for what I mean - it's the black box behind the links.

Please do not tell me to do it through the Colors panel.

But you can change that through the Colors or you can put a image on it.

Solved, but not with the help of the above poster. No offense to them, but I specified that I did not want to loose the background that Background 3 under Colors ALSO changes, only the block behind the navbar.

Thankfully, what the Background 3 also changes, I could do without, so I just went ahead and deleted the color code.
