Solved Release to public?

Hello,

I just saw this skin: http://en.hitskin.com/?afolder=theme&id=156159 and I would like to know if there a way that I can download it so that I can put it on my phpbb forum that is hosted elsewhere?

Hello,

I don't think you fully understand what i'm asking. I got a forum that is "outside" of forumotion (in other word, it on my "own" server) and I would like to use that skin on my forum
