Resize Scroll Font

Is there a way to change the font size and color in the scrolling announcements?
Like the scrolling announcement on the help pages.

So you can not just alter the font size of the scroll text and not alter the rest of the forum text?
I tried [size=14]text[/size=14] but that doesn't work, it shows the bbcode in the scroll and no size change.
I tried changing the font color in 'scrolling bar colors' and still no effect.
