the "S" and the "M" in [Super Mod] are a bit hard to read because they are so bright, maybe tone the brightness down

I have to agree with the people who replied earlier,
Overal a nice idea, but make every one in the same effect, members has no effect at all and Super Mod is flooded by a flash effect.

And try to render them, delete the background and save them as PNG's
