HELP!! with credits/ donations! please read!

Hi i am the owner of the forummotion site bio-saves and have been haveing problems. see people are saying that they donated but every time i look there are no new credits in the misc section it just says two danations from someone a while ago that is no longer active on my forums and subtractions when i paid for no advertisements. im not sure what is wrong with my donations?!? like my freinds just keep donating and its not showing up! so if you know what is wrong please reply to this post.
