Solved Widget font has been reset

Post by radujosanu on November 1st 2010, 5:51 pm

When I have changed the theme version from phbb2 to Invision, the widget font has changed to the System one (for those not knowing, there is a font called System). I have tried everything to change the font, to no success. Could you guys please help?

P.S: Also the navbar buttons have a gap between them as you can see, mind helping me? I know it's a CSS issue, but I want to know how to fix it. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: The font is Arial, the font I have set, but only on IE. On Firefox, the font is System.

Why not look for text under CSS and change it there?

I tried to change the text via CSS, I could give you the whole CSS code right here. Here it is:

No need to upload / download a Css text file.
If you need to share Css etc: Copy your code,
Paste it between code tags & post. (Example)
Code:
 [code] PASTE TEXT/CSS HERE [/code]

Use this to change "Invision Widget Title Font"
(edit color, font family, size)
Code:
.module .maintitle h3 {
   color:#FFFFFF !important;
   font-family:Tahoma !important;
   float:none;
   font-size:1em;
   }
Your theme's navbar (Invision Submenu) uses
image buttons so you can't reduce much
space between them portal button example

There's a small amount of padding & margin
(experiment with sizes)
Code:
#submenu ul li a {
   margin:0.5em 0 0.65em;
   padding:0.5em 0 0.65em;
   }

Sorry about the code bit, I didn't know it automatically creates a scrollbar for it.

Thanks for the fixes, but I can't seem to change the font of the contents of the widgets, I don't know the name of the section corresponding to the content of the widget. Could you please tell me the name of it, I tried google-ing to no success.

Use this to edit the widget
content font (Invision)

Code:
.module .box-content {
  color:#FFFFFF !important;
  font-family:Tahoma !important;
  font-size:1em;
  }
