Solved navigation bar

Hi , can you tell me please how to make the writing in the nav. bar easier to read? that is change the colour of the writing or get rid of the colour around the writing ,

You have two options i can see of A: Change the link color. B: take out the dark blue bar.

You can change link color by going to Display, Colors, Link Color..

The Dark blue line i'm unsure of it would be found in the same area just not sure if its Header background or one of the options in the table header list.
