Blank Banner

Good afternoon i have just logged onto my forum to find a banner under the main image i opted out of this and another came up i opted out of this and now im left with a blank white banner how do i remove this please?

also how do i put my forum out to the public as i cant find it on the search engines thank you in advance for your help

2. A-CP => Users & Groups => Users >> Users options ''Allow new members'' Yes and Save.

thank you for your help it is very much appreciated also i have added one of my members as admin how do i give him the stars so they are the same as me? and set up the stars on an amount of posts etc

Admin Panel => User & Groups => Search User => Find the user you wish to give rank to => Go all the way down till you see Rank => Click Drop down box => Pick Rank => Save
