URGENT! - Admin Panel Deleted

Hi,

I was looking at the code for the footer, earlier. I left the computer to get something to eat, and when I did my little brother got onto it and deleted the footer's code and went back onto the homepage of my website. I still have the original code in Notepad.

The problem is: The Administration Panel link doesn't appear at the bottom of the page! Is there a way I can get into the Admin Panel without having to click it at the bottom?
