Solved How to organize like Fourmotion

I want to know how to set up the threads like you have them on the Support forum. Like the screenshot below. I think it looks very neat and professional, and would like mine to look alike. Thanks in advance. If it is HTML coded to look like that, Admins or mods can make this solved.

You just create a category and add 4 forums on it the you have it
