Remove part of the forum from post count Empty Remove part of the forum from post count

I would like to archive a part of the forum such that it no longer counts towards the users' post count, but without completely deleting it. I tried putting it into the Basket, but that didn't help (although it became invisible to mortals, which is good).
Is that possible at all?

Disallowing post counts to a forum is not yet possible.
