forumotion modules

Hi, I am doing Admin on http://www.netcaferadio.com/ on their forum which is at http://www.netcaferadio.com/login.forum?connexion.
Using the admin panel isnt a problem at all, nor is creating forums or sub forums, or promoting members to staff.
I have 4 questions, forgive me if this is not posted in the correct place, 1st time posting here.
Question 1/ Do Forumotion have a module I can download and upload to the forum I am on that will automote the Welcome to the forum so it is done automaticly as new members join and is posted automaticly on the forum, I dont mean the automatic email.

Question 2/ Do Forumotion have a module for an arcade that can be downloaded and uploaded to the forum?.

Question 3/ Do Forumotion do a complete help file on "How To Do for new members on a forum (how to post, reply, PM, ect)?.

Question 4/ Do Forumotion have an email address that I can contact them on as Admin on the forum I am on?.

If these questions can be answered that would be an awesome help.

I also want to ask the same thing but I guess it's better to accumulate it in 1 thread. Is there a way to add another module to our forum, because I found some good module and I need it for my forum

for number 1.
No you can not up or download modules to forumotion.
This is a feature usually only see on paid host.. such as phpbb ir v-bulletin

2 once gain because forumotion do not have nor offer this feature for modules you would not be able to do this.
However, if you wanted to incorperate something from a third party page you can always do this by adding iframe to a html page or just create your own arcade on a html page as well.
'there are a few ways to create arcades for your forum.. but if it is something with a module then you would have to do this on a host that allows the module feature, and once again it can then be added in a iframe and placed on one of your forumotion html pages, you can then add to a link to your nav bar or other places you may want it on your forum?

For number 3 i think you may want to check out the FAQ in your forums navbar. that should answer all of what your was asking, but i do not completely understand if that is what you are asking or not?

for number 4 i think you are asking about your contact form?
