HELP!!!! "Administrators have stopped new member creation"
My friends are telling me that they see something about Administrators stopping the registration of users. There is an error that comes up like this.
I have seen in other posts that this is a problem relating to the "Forum active on Holidays" options.
I have seen this menu option, but I DO NOT see that option anymore. I can NOT log in as "Admin". I can only log in as administrator through this account I am posting with.
Please help.

Hi,
Go to A-CP => Users & Groups >> Users >> Users options >> Allow new members Yes and save.

I did try putting Yes on "Allow new members", under Users and Groups>Users>User Options, and it is still selected. It is still not working.
Let me say that I do have 2 different accounts with the forum. I don't remember why I made 2 accounts, but I do have 2 accounts. Both of them I believe have "Administrator" privileges.
All I know is that when I saw the "Holiday" option, I had only first registered for a free forum here, without creating a user name for myself, and at that time I could log in as "Admin" with my password.
Now I do not have those options for some weird reason, both being able to log in as "Admin" with password, and not being able to find/see the "Holiday" option.

Re: HELP!!!! "Administrators have stopped new member creation"
FIXED PROBLEM! SORRY TO DISTURB.
I saw on a post earlier that "Forum on Holiday: Yes / No" option
was located in the "Users and Groups> Users > User Options > " Folder.
The dim wits got it wrong. IT'S IN ANOTHER AREA ENTIRELY.
WORKS!

For future reference, This is where the "Forum on Holiday" option is located:
General> Forum> Configuration - Half way down the page on your left.
