Background error!

Hey, I have this error with my background kind of.
I change all the pictures like, Background colors, image and all that and I press save. But.. it wont show and it stays as the default theme my forum is here: www.tcgf.nstars.org ( not advertisement ) thanks if you can help at all!

Have you checked your css cuz may be there.

I have no idea what that means and sorry for the late reply. Laptop kind of well, died
