Concerning votes on polls.

In the admin panel is there an area that admin can control the poll votes from the members?

I had a member ask me if admin could change the votes. I answered no and admin did not know how a member voted. I came here to ask for confirmation that admin cannot change votes in anyway.

Also, can admin know if a member voted or has not voted?

1.As far as I know, votes cannot be changed.
2.There's no possible way to know who voted in a particular poll.
