Full skin change

Is it possible for forumotion to change the skin like this

It's entirely possible, although you would have to code the entire thing over to fit Forumotion's CSS.

is there any tutorials on it, i know how to code but i do not know where to place this..

i'm guessing that all the css on the zip file will be on the display>colors

then the html files would be on the templates?right..

the js would be linked up...but where and how...

Nothing will work from that site. Forumotion uses different CSS classes than phpBB3. You pretty much have to understand Forumotion's CSS and be able to create your own code to make it look like that theme by using the images. Templates wouldn't really be needed for that theme, and JavaScript can be placed just about anywhere.

oh so i have to completely compare those codes...what yo change and i guess it will not be exactly look like that, or will it be exactly the same..

hmmm, so i have to copy forumotions css and try to change it as of those in the downloaded skin...

and i have a question, have you tried it...i bet its pretty timely

Not necessarily if you know what you're doing. I could do it in a few days with punBB and a week or two in phpBB 3. I would offer to help, but I'm a little busy with other things right now.
