Multiple Theme's

I have been onto several websites where there is an option at the bottom of the site that allows the users to select their own theme. The users on my site want options other than the standard theme we have. Is it possible to do this with this interface?

I've searched a few times to see if I can find similar questions but haven't found anything, I must be using different search terms.

May be a nooby question but I will admit that I am new to this kind of thing.
