I can't see the rep bar.

Hi all,
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I can see the red/green bars, but I can't see where to give someone rep points. I have searched through my settings, but I can't find anything.
Someone tell me what to do please! LOL.

No you cannot see the '+' '-' on your post you only can see that on my post is the same for me i can't see that on my post if is that what you mean.
