Background issues

I am having trouble with changing the background of my forum. I had the Glowing red theme. We changed it to the Black and Green template from Matei Graphix however we did not like the background so decided to change it. However when we change the back ground two things happen. The background we choose does not show up sometimes black gray shows up other times a totally different background from what I choose shows up it depends on what I chose. The other thing that happen is the Glowing Red template and the Black and green template merge after I save the background. When I refresh the page it is messed up like half and half. Why is this happening?

nobody knows why this would be happening? Seriously don't know why changing a background file would do all that

I honestly do not know what is causing it. I go into display and pic managment area and go into advance mode and then under the General / Explore tab I go and change the Background picture (page) link. I have tried various options one was a link right to a picture in my photobucket to test it and then I also downloaded the same picture to the area in our page to link directly and those both do not show up they just turn the background gray also tried linking to an example and they turn background gray and biggest thing it does is mesh the both themes I stated above It is wierd. Really could use help it is almost as if it is bugged or something.

Never mind it is suddenly and perfectly working now lol. Obviously a Pbcak error.....Person between chair and Keyboard.
