using Reputation (-1) without any responsibly

how i know who use "Reputation" and give -1 without any responsibly ?

i know that, but this very important,we must know
some guys Always give to the others -1 without any responsibly and this makes troubles

i have mine a little different...

if some gives rep then the other person has probably been helpful, i dont want to take that away from them so i have set it to -0 so no rep is taken away.

I will also at some point remove the visible option for negative rep and just have +rep if that is possible (but thats for another thread)

and can we change (+1) to picture ?

There maybe a better way to do this...
To remove -1 then in the admin panel:

Modules >> Reputation >> Reputation management (tab) >> Then change negative vote to +0

I'm sure it is possible to change the icon (i will do the same soon) but not sure how.

Do a search for it on hear and if you don't find anything open a new thread requesting help
