My forum does not have "Latest Topics"

My forum does not have "Latest Topics" scrolling. I dont know why but there is no latest topics scrolling down. Here is the link:

You mean the widgets are not showing? Are you sure you have theme activated?:
Admin Panel > Modules > Forum Widgets management > Display Forum Widgets : Set it to yes > Save
