How do i make my chat bar not visable to guests

Hi , I'm wondering how i can make my chat bar display only to guests. To make my chat bar visible to every page i put the code in announcements, so is there a way to make my announcements visible to logged in members only? i use phpbb2

I think there's an option that allows you to disable and enable to make visible to some users.

My chat bar is on the announcements and i want to make it not viable to guests, so i put the chat bar code in the announcements and made it display to all pages
