Adding 'last edited by' onto posts

I've gone through topics asking how to remove it, our doesn't have it & we want it

Any help appreciated

If a user post right after you do and you edit your post you will see this post was edited or if you see the field under the post that says Edit reason you can put a reason. These are the only two options to do it.

I was more thinking when a moderator edits, we've got a few rogues on the team.

Only way we seem to be able to get it to display is if you put a reason for edits

Wanting it to display all the time so no one can falsely accuse someone else of editing posts

You would need to put a reason. There isn't a way to make it automatic.
