You will have to get a code to make this happen.

Either a logo or a header picture can be made random. Here is a post from before that describes the PHP code to make images appear randomly:

This is advanced forum programming so be prepared for it to take a day or two to accomplish and understand. Anywhere there is an image displayed in the Admin/Display/Pics Managment/Advanced Mode you can replace the URL of the picture with a link to PHP code that resides on a PHP server somewhere else than where your forum resides.
