Solved Broken Spoilers!

Post by VIVIAN on December 7th 2010, 5:26 am

The spoiler on my forum is broken. Whenever one is inserted, the spoiler is opened, instead of being hidden like spoilers should be. I know this is a theme problem for sure, because once I changed it to a different theme, the spoilers were working. Is there any way I can fix this problem?

Does it matter where I'm putting it? It's still not working properly. I put it at the very bottom of all the CSS.

Yes, it is invision. It still isn't working. The basic CSS is deactivated and I am not optimizing the CSS... is there anything I should change there?

Yes, I added it in there... just to make sure I got this right. I went to Display > Colors > CSS, and put in the code you provided.

Hello,

Please try adding this code to your CSS...

Code:
.spoiler .hidden {
display:none;
}

Make sure that you add it at the end of all other codes.

Sorry for that.

This code will surely work...

Code:
    .spoiler .spoiler_content {
    display:none;
    }
    .spoiler .hidden {

Hi,

This is the code in your CSS currently...

Code:
#search

.spoiler_content {
  display:none !important;
  }
.spoiler_content.hidden {
  display:block;
  }

Replace it with this one and it should work...

Code:
.spoiler_content {
  display:none;
  }
.spoiler_content .hidden {
  display:block;
  }

I removed the search as well, and it doesn't work. Now nothing shows up in the spoiler box.

The markup is really weird Razz

Please try this code...

Code:
.hidden {
display:block !important;
}
.spoiler_content {
display:none;
}

Replace the previous code with this one. It should work, I have test it on your forum.
