Chatbox

Is there possible to have an html chatbox, and members can Sign in with forumotions existing account system?

I mean to sign in exactly like there nicknames are in forum

only if they use there same user names.
I am assuming you want to add your own chat box and not use forumotions chat. if that's the case there is no way it will recognize your forums members by forumotions registrations, but if it is a chat box your members have register on. then just tell them to be sure to use their same user name so you know who they are.

also depends on how much of the code the chat room our looking for lets you edit, the code you would need if it alows auto log in is

well options can be a lot of things depending what kind of chat box he has and or is compatible with forumotion. there are a lot of chats out there that can only be installed by modules.. if that is the case then he would not be able to use anything like that unless, he had it on another site it was installed on then added to like an iframe or something?

Anyway if he can explain what kind of chat he is using then that will help us better explain or help with any problem he may be haveing.

No you can not install modules on forumotion at this time.
Installing mods is usually a feature/option that you only find on paid host..

well i am not sure with this one?
you may be able to add it in to your template useing the phpbb directions.
but i really do not know until i test it. other then that they do offer a html embed code as well and you would be able to add it to your forum that way.

but the basic plan is only ten people.. you can get a xat and have as many as you want come and go and still select a number of settings and options as well.
