I figured out how to add a thanks button to my forum - but it didn't behave as I had hoped!

On another forum I belong to, when you thank a post, it just shows on the bottom of the post that you thanked the poster, and thats it. THIS is what I WANT my thanks button to do!! But instead... when I added it, and used it... it turned the ENTIRE POST in question this DARK GREEN color, and I could not thank THAT poster again at all... nor any others!?

I want to just be able to hit thanks to show that I agree with a post. I want to be able to use it again and again with the same poster, or other posters, and have it show that I said THANK YOU to the poster -- any ideas how to accomplish this? Please advise! Thanks! Smile
