Solved Text edit are gone

One of my staff members pointed this out to me after I left for school. Here is what we see when we try to post anything.

Well I can't see it either. And I still cant see them

EDIT: I found out what was causing it. I installed a Wibya toolbar and it stopped the scrolling announcements and the text editing features. This is solved
